Tonic Physio Yoga & Pilates blends a holistic mind/body approach with up-to-date scientific evidence to optimise health and well-being. We aim to assist people to gain greater control for complex issues like pain management and recovery from injury. Tonic can help clients with a wide range of injuries and medical conditions to improve stress management, obtain optimal sports and dance performance, become stronger and more flexible, or improve general fitness for everyday life.

Our Services
Tonic Physio Pilates & Yoga provides many benefits to a wide audience through detailed physiotherapy assessments and management strategies. Tonic welcomes clients of all ages and abilities – as well as offering specialisation in yoga therapy and in dance.
As well as specialising in Dance Physiotherapy and Yoga Therapy, Vicki has particular interest and experience in stress-related conditions including adrenal fatigue, chronic fatigue syndrome / ME, fibromyalgia; and special needs including dyspraxia, sensory processing disorders and hypermobility (in children and adults).
Her other passion is helping families maximise their well-being, both as individuals and together. She offers Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga + Pilates for mums, Baby Yoga for mums/carers and bubs, Infant Massage education, and Kids and Family Yoga. Vicki is also an experienced educator, having conducted numerous lectures and workshops in the following areas:
- Sports & Dance Physiotherapy for undergraduate and postgraduate physiotherapy students
- SafeDance & Anatomy / Physiology for dancers at numerous dance schools, companies and universities, including WAAPA and West Australian Ballet
- Pilates for Pilates Instructors and physiotherapists
- Mentoring and examining other potential Specialist Physiotherapy candidates in Sports & Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy across Australia.
