Our Services

Tonic Physio Pilates & Yoga provides many benefits to a wide audience through detailed physiotherapy assessments and management strategies. Tonic welcomes clients of all ages and abilities – as well as offering specialisation in yoga therapy and in dance.

As well as specialising in Dance Physiotherapy and Yoga Therapy, Vicki has particular interest and experience in stress-related conditions including adrenal fatigue, chronic fatigue syndrome / ME, fibromyalgia; and special needs including dyspraxia, sensory processing disorders and hypermobility (in children and adults).

Her other passion is helping families maximise their well-being, both as individuals and together. She offers Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga + Pilates for mums, Baby Yoga for mums/carers and bubs, Infant Massage education, and Kids and Family Yoga. Vicki Negus has a wealth of knowledge in functional movement and wellness for all types, shapes and ages. Vicki has over 20 years’ experience as a registered physiotherapist, 16 years’ experience as a Pilates Practitioner, and has practised yoga since childhood.  She has been a Specialist Physiotherapist since 2007, which is the highest clinical level of expertise a physiotherapist in Australia can achieve.

She is also an APA Sports Physiotherapist, Certified Pilates Practitioner, Registered Yoga Teacher, Certified Yoga Therapist, Certified Infant Massage Instructor / Paediatric Massage Consultant, Certified Birthlight Baby Yoga Teacher and Certified Rainbow Kids & Family Yoga Teacher.
